The ONE takes a stand against child detention

The ONE published a press release condemning Theo Francken's plans to build a new closed centre for families with children

The Office de la Naissance et de l'Enfance (ONE - Office of Birth and Childhood) published a press statement against the plans of the State secretary for Asylum and Migration to open a new closed centre for families with underage children. According to the statement, "The ONE strongly denounces the current policy of the State secretary for Asylum and Migration aimed at detaining children"
