The Platform Minors in exile writes to the Belgian government

The Platform Minors in exile took action after reading Theo Francken's General Policy Note by asking the Government to refrain from locking up children in a closed centre

In his General Policy Note of November 2016, State secretary for Asylum and Migration Theo Francken reiterated his plans to build "closed family units" in order to detain families with children. The Platform Minors in exile immediately took action by sending a letter to all members of government, asking them to immediately abandon the plans to construct the closed centre.
